Powerball numbers brought a major prize to Allentown, where a ticket worth $100,000 was sold for Wednesday’s drawing, according to the Pennsylvania Lottery.
The winning ticket was purchased at Sat Mini Mart, located at 1323 N. 19th St. in Allentown. The ticket matched four of the five white balls drawn, making it a significant local lottery win even though it did not match every white ball.
Powerball Numbers Produce a $100,000 Prize
The ticket would have been worth $50,000 without the optional Power Play feature. The buyer added the $1 Power Play option, and the multiplier was two. That doubled the prize to $100,000.
The Pennsylvania Lottery announced the sale in a news release cited by The Morning Call. The report was published October 30, 2026, following the Wednesday drawing. However, the specific Powerball numbers were not included in the available report.
Players who purchased tickets for the same drawing should carefully compare their selections with the official results. A ticket that matches four white balls may qualify for a substantial prize, while the Power Play option can increase certain non-jackpot winnings.
Where the Winning Ticket Was Sold
- Retailer: Sat Mini Mart
- Address: 1323 N. 19th St., Allentown
- Prize: $100,000
- Match: Four of five white balls
- Power Play: $1 option with a two-times multiplier
- Retailer bonus: $500
The store that sold the ticket will receive a $500 bonus from the Pennsylvania Lottery. Retailer bonuses are commonly awarded when stores sell winning lottery tickets, giving participating businesses an additional reward alongside the excitement generated by a large local win.
What Players Should Know About the Winning Ticket
The identity of the winner was not provided in the report. The ticket holder should sign the back of the ticket and follow Pennsylvania Lottery instructions before claiming the prize. Players should also keep the ticket in a safe place and avoid sharing photographs that reveal sensitive information.
Lottery winners are generally required to present the original ticket when claiming a prize. The claim process may also require identification and other documentation. Because rules and deadlines can vary depending on the prize amount and ticket type, the winner should contact the Pennsylvania Lottery or review the official claim guidance before taking further action.
The sale is a reminder that smaller prize tiers can still produce life-changing results. Matching four white balls does not win the Powerball jackpot, but the combination of the base prize and Power Play feature turned this ticket into a six-figure winner.
Why the Power Play Option Mattered
Power Play is an optional feature available for an additional dollar on eligible Powerball plays. It does not increase the jackpot, but it can multiply certain non-jackpot prizes. In this case, the two-times multiplier raised the ticket’s value from $50,000 to $100,000.
Players should remember that adding Power Play increases the cost of a ticket and does not guarantee a winning outcome. Before checking their numbers, ticket holders should confirm the drawing date, game type, selected numbers and any added features.
Although the available report did not list the drawn Powerball numbers, it confirmed the essential details of the Allentown win: a ticket sold in Lehigh County matched four white balls, included Power Play and earned a $100,000 prize.
