Did anyone win the Powerball? Monday night’s drawing featured an estimated $803.9 million jackpot, with the winning numbers announced early Tuesday. Based on the latest ABC7 New York report, no jackpot winner was reported.
Did Anyone Win the Powerball? Here Are the Latest Results
The winning numbers from Monday’s Powerball drawing were 7, 29, 64, 23, 66, with a Powerball of 23. Players should carefully compare every number on their tickets and confirm results through an official lottery source before claiming a prize.
The massive jackpot had grown after dozens of drawings without a grand-prize winner. The report said there had been 33 consecutive drawings without a jackpot winner since the previous jackpot was claimed on August 12. That earlier drawing produced a single winning ticket sold in Illinois, worth an estimated $1.04 billion.
Because the latest report did not identify a ticket matching all five white balls and the Powerball, the $803.9 million prize appears to have remained unsettled at the time of publication. Lottery officials may later release additional information about winning tickets, including whether a jackpot ticket was sold in a participating state.
Powerball Numbers and Jackpot Odds Revealed
The latest drawing again highlighted just how difficult it is to win the top prize. The odds of matching all five white balls and the Powerball are approximately 1 in 292.2 million. The overall odds of winning any Powerball prize are much better, at about 1 in 24.9, but most prizes are smaller than the advertised jackpot.
Powerball drawings are held on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday nights at 10:59 p.m. Eastern Time. The drawing is broadcast and streamed for viewers who want to follow the results as they happen.

Why the $803.9 Million Prize Matters
An approaching billion-dollar lottery prize often creates a surge in ticket sales and national attention. The current jackpot cycle was already notable because it followed the $1.04 billion Illinois win and continued through more than 30 drawings without a grand-prize winner.
The report also said this was the first jackpot cycle in which players in the United Kingdom contributed to the prize pool from the beginning of the run, with every ticket sold contributing equally to jackpot growth.
The latest prize was not among the largest jackpots ever won in the United States. The record remains a $2.040 billion Powerball jackpot won in November 2022 by a ticket sold in California. Other historic prizes include major Powerball and Mega Millions jackpots won in Arkansas, Missouri, Texas, Florida, South Carolina, Maine, Illinois and Oregon.

Lottery revenue is distributed to local school districts through a state formula that considers district size and income levels. Larger, lower-income districts receive proportionately larger shares of lottery education funding.
